BOOKING CLASSES
Classes can be booked via Mindbody here. If you don’t have an account yet you can set that up here. Please note, we require all participants to be 18 years and older.
ARRIVE EARLY-ISH + PLS DON’T BE LATE
We often have classes running back-to-back so we request that you arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your class/session beginning. There will be a sign on the door “CLASS IN SESSION Please enter quietly + wait”.
While considering this please also be mindful to arrive on time (5 minutes early is great!) Late comers will be asked to wait outside until they are invited in. If you're late, and we can't invite you in without disrupting the experience for other community members, you will forfeit the session and are considered a no show.
PARKING
There are plenty of options for parking in the area. During the summer season we recommend you arrive early to find parking as it can be busier! There are two free lots at 55 King Street and Mary Street. Street parking is $1.50 per hour. Payment is required Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm from April 1 to November 30. Parking is free from December 1 to March 31 each year. You can use the meter or download the Passport Parking app. More info on parking can be found here.
THE GIANT TIGER PARKING LOT IS ONLY FOR GIANT TIGER CUSTOMERS. Please do not use the GT parking lot to park for class.
The small lot with spaces behind the building at 173 Main Street is for building residents only.
FIRST TIME HERE?
We recommend that anyone joining us for their first Reformer class begins with a private intro consult. This will help you get familiar with us, and our equipment, and it allows us to get to know you. That way we can make class suggestions for you, if that’s something you’re interested in.
Plan to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class to have time to get settled and meet your teacher.
Our team of teachers are here to support you throughout your class and give you lots of options. You are ALWAYS encouraged to make your own movement choices.
Please read our Wellbeing Guidelines before coming to the studio.
Please note we are not a scent free space.

While class is in session the studio is a PHONE FREE ZONE. If you wear an Apple watch we would also appreciate it if your silenced it / turned off notifications while in class.
There are cubbies for your shoes, and hooks for your coat. We have two gender-neutral washrooms and two change-rooms.
We also have a filtered drinking water station (BYO-bottle).
We will provide all equipment necessary to participate in the class, including mats + towels.
FOOTWEAR
Reformer classes are done in bare feet or socks; we recommend the kind that have grippy’s on the bottom. If you don’t have these we do have grippy pads available for you at the back of your reformer; your teacher will let you know when it’s a good idea to use these depending on the movement. We also sell grip socks here if you prefer.
Mat classes are also generally done in bare feet.

You will need to have a valid pass / pack or single class on file in order to be able to waitlist. If you don’t get into the class, the purchase will remain on file for you for future use. You may hear that you’ve made it into class up to 2 hours before.

PREGNANCY
If your pregnancy is uncomplicated and you feel good + well enough to exercise, you can join most any of our classes throughout your pregnancy. Please let your teacher know so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs during the session. We do, however, recommend NOT participating in our REFORMER - JUMP classes after you have passed your first trimester.
Please keep in mind that, if you’re joining a group class, your teacher will be guiding to the whole class while doing their best to support your pregnancy. If you prefer a personalized experience we recommend booking a private session.
IT’S YOUR BODY!
Please tell your teacher before class (or via email in advance) if there is something we need to know about you and your body. Always feel free to let us know if any doctors or specialists have given you specific advice. We respect your privacy.
