JOINING A CLASS
Classes can be booked via Mindbody here. If you don’t have an account yet you can set that up here. Please note: all participants must be 16 years or older. You’ll need to purchase a class or pass before signing up. If you don’t have an active purchase on your account, the system won’t allow you to reserve a spot.

ARRIVE EARLY-ISH
To help us maintain a calm and focused space, please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your class or session begins. If a class is still in progress, you’ll see a sign on the door: CLASS IN SESSION – Please enter quietly + wait.
We also ask that you arrive on time—about 5 minutes early is ideal. Latecomers may be asked to wait outside until it’s appropriate to enter. If arriving late would disrupt the experience for others, we may not be able to invite you in, and the session will be considered a no-show.
PARKING - PICTON
There are plenty of options for parking in the area. During the summer season we recommend you arrive early to find parking as it can be busier! There are two free lots at 55 King Street and Mary Street. Street parking is $1.50 per hour. Payment is required Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm from April 1 to November 30. Parking is free from December 1 to March 31 each year. You can use the meter or download the Passport Parking app. More info on parking can be found here.
THE GIANT TIGER PARKING LOT IS ONLY FOR GIANT TIGER CUSTOMERS. Please do not use the GT parking lot to park for class.
The small lot with spaces behind the building at 173 Main Street is for building residents only.

Parking is available in the downtown area at a cost of $1 an hour. There is no charge for parking after 5 p.m. or on weekends. Please see this parking map to view City-owned parking lots. The FRONT STREET LOT is located just south of the studio.
FIRST TIME HERE?
If it’s your first time joining us for a Reformer class, we recommend starting with a private intro consult. It’s a great way to get familiar with the equipment, the studio, and for us to get to know you. We’ll also be able to suggest classes that might be a good fit, if you're interested.
Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before class so you have time to get settled and meet your teacher.
Our teaching team is here to support you and offer plenty of options throughout class. You're always encouraged to move in a way that feels right for you.

To join a waitlist, you’ll need an active pass, pack, or single class on file. If you don’t get in, the credit stays on your account for future use. You may be added to the class automatically—up to 2 hours before it starts.
If you can attend, no need to reply.
If you can’t attend, just reply NO to the email, or reply 9 to the text.
If you know in advance that you’re no longer able to attend, please log in and remove yourself from the waitlist so we can offer the spot to someone else.
PREGNANCY
If you're feeling well in your pregnancy and have your care provider’s okay, you're welcome to join most of our classes throughout. Let your teacher know you’re expecting so they can offer modifications and support as needed.
We do recommend skipping REFORMER – JUMP classes after the first trimester.
Keep in mind that in a group setting, your teacher will be leading the full class while doing their best to support your pregnancy. If you’re looking for more personalized attention, a private session may be a better fit.
IT’S YOUR BODY!
If there’s anything you’d like us to know—before class or ahead of time by email—please don’t hesitate to share. If a doctor or specialist has given you specific guidance for your movement practice, feel free to pass that along. Your privacy is always respected.

Classes and sessions are non-transferable and may not be shared between individuals.
For safety and insurance purposes, each participant must have their own account and purchase their own classes or sessions.
