Reformer Classes
Our small group Reformer classes offer personalized support to help you deepen your understanding of Pilates and functional movement. The Reformer’s dynamic resistance challenges your core, builds strength, and supports flexibility—all while enhancing your mind–body connection.
Each class is thoughtfully designed and creatively sequenced to meet you where you are, with plenty of space for you to move in a way that feels right for you.
If you’re new to the Reformer, we recommend starting with an Intro Session. It’s a great way to get familiar with the equipment, explore class types, and ensure you’re set up with a class that aligns with your goals and any specific needs.
ESSENTIALS
focus: full body fundamentals

Movement for stability & mobility. A balanced practice with purposeful pauses that challenges your core using the resistance of the reformer. Explore the fundamentals of optimal movement, for your body at your own pace. This practice will deepen your awareness and support you in feeling centered.
POWER
focus: strength + conditioning
vibe: moderate to high energy
Movement for internal support. Building on the essentials, and sometimes using weights & props in addition to the resistance of the apparatus, this dynamic practice creates space to tap into integrated strength and endurance. You’ll leave feeling a sense of vitality and balance.
JUMP
focus: dynamic fun moves
vibe: high energy
Movement for vibrance. Using the Reformer jumpboard this class will have you bouncing in rhythm and glowing with sweat. This energetic cardio infused practice will heat up the whole body. Hop off of the reformer feeling buoyant and full of life.
BOSU®
focus: balance, coordination + strength
vibe: high energy
Movement for buoyancy. A beautiful mix of aerobic activity on the BOSU® and strength building on the Reformer. Think step class meets POWER. Lift your heart rate, elevate your endurance, and challenge your balance in this powerful blast of a class. Full body feels and functional movement come together to add some pep to your step.
RESTORE

Movement for healing. Using the Reformer’s unique resistance system experience a gentle and tender practice that’s equal parts strengthening and soothing. After carving out this time to soften you’ll float out of the space feeling lifted and aligned.
