Private Sessions
Let’s co-create a movement journey that’s best suited to you and your needs. We make space to focus on you and your goals so that you feel a sense of freedom in movement choices. Private sessions can help you dive into the details for your own body, build on your foundation and work with any challenges that you face. These sessions can be great on their own, or to support your group practice. They can take place solo (or with a pal) and can be equipment-based, mat-based, or any combination based on what works best for you. All are welcome!
INTRO SESSION
If you’ve been considering diving into reformer sessions, and you’re not sure what it’s all about, this is the place to begin. We'll go over all the bits & bobs that make up the reformer, some common language and cueing, as well as foundational movements on the machine. It will be a learn & move session that sets the groundwork for you to be able to explore this work in group and/or private setting.
SOLO & DUO SESSIONS
A personalized a program just for you or with a friend/parter! Solo’s can help you work toward your goals with a customized program that suits your body and needs. They are ideal if you are recovering from an injury, need help before or after surgery, or want something specialized. Duo’s provide a level of personalized attention to help you work toward your goals with a pal. These sessions are also great way to get started on your Pilates and movement journey so that you feel set up for success.
