Mat Classes
In our mat classes we facilitate a movement experience that is intentional, playful and full of curiosity. Each session has your physical and mental wellbeing in mind. We work to meet you where you’re at while creating space for you to explore your own challenges, capacity and successes. Our philosophy is to create movement experiences that are whole heartedly inclusive; we offer options and layers to suit all humans wherever they may be on their own movement journey.
ESSENTIALS

Movement for stability and mobility. Finding strength in relation to your body and community; we play in rhythm, breath, and reflection. This practice works with the foundational elements of Pilates and yoga informed movement; it’s rooted in mindfulness and deep connection.
POWER
focus: strength + conditioning
vibe: moderate energy
Movement for support. Working with gravity and/or weights to welcome strength & feedback into the body; we use rhythm and shapes to wake you up from the inside out. You'll leave this class feeling rosy-cheeked, energized, and like you've worked hard in the best possible way.
CARDIO - BARRE
focus: dynamic fun moves
vibe: high energy
Movement for vibrance. With a steady and rhythmic pulse, non-linear movement to wake up the cardiovascular system, connect to abundance, and deep dive back into yourself. Feel into your strength and resilience via Pilates, Yoga, and ballet-inspired + organic dance moves. Shake your body up, and realign for the journey ahead.
YOGA w. Alternatives for Women
This Yoga class is a Vinyasa/Yang Yin fusion class linking movement to breath, incorporating the flowing practice of Vinyasa with the energy of Yang and the restorative stillness of Yin. Classes are prepared mindfully acknowledging both your physical and mental health with a focus on fierce and tender self compassion. Please note this practice is for women only, and welcomes all women, including cis and trans women. There is no cost to attend this class, and sign up on Mindbody is optional. You are welcome to drop in without signing up!
YOGA

Movement for curious hearts. Set the tone for your morning, or evening, in this all-levels Hatha flow class. Unfold your body ~ and feel into connection ~ by linking movement to breath.
YOGA (RESTORATIVE)
focus: nervous system regulation + relaxation
vibe: low and slow
A heavily supported and candle-lit restorative yoga class for rest, intentional breath and deep relaxation. By using props like bolster and blankets along with healing soundscapes, we'll find fully supported shapes for deep stretching and softening. Prioritize your self care this winter and give yourself this gift of rest. Designed to have you leave feeling calm, regulated and blissed out. Taking place on the 3rd Sunday of the month Jan - Mar.
