50HR YOGA + MOVEMENT TRAINING PART TWO
50HR YOGA + MOVEMENT TRAINING PART TWO
with Ro Nwosu
Language + Curiosity is the second module of the WildRoga 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, available as a standalone 50-hour intensive.
This is the chapter where teaching language stops being something you recite and starts becoming something you shape, refine, and integrate into your sequencing.
Across three weekends, participants explore action vs. alignment cueing, expanded anatomy, Sanskrit and lineage, sequence building, ethics and power, neurodivergent-inclusive teaching, accessibility and injury, and the design of workshops, retreats, and community spaces. The training closes with a integrative teaching project: a 90-minute workshop that each participant develops, presents a portion of, and leaves with a clear plan to bring into the world.
This chapter is built with anti-oppression and neurodivergent inclusion as foundational design principles, not afterthoughts. Anti-Black racism, colonization, and cultural appropriation are named directly within the curriculum.
The training takes place in person at the studio pec in Belleville.
Ro Nwosu is a movement teacher, community strategist, event conjurer, playlist curator, and the visionary founder of WildRoga.
With over fifteen years of experience guiding people back home to themselves through yoga, Pilates, coaching, and rhythm, Ro’s work lives at the meeting point of ancestral wisdom and creative strategy. Her teaching reminds us that wellness isn’t simply something we practice, it’s something we build together.
A Nigerian-Canadian mother and laugh-with-your-whole-body kind of teacher, Ro’s presence is magnetic and deeply human. She has moved with people in city parks, corporate boardrooms, classrooms, galleries, and under starry skies. Her journey has included leading 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, reimagining wellness festivals, and supporting public coalitions devoted to Black mental health and community care.
Her passion lives in that sacred in-between:
Where movement restores.
Where wellness includes.
Where culture and strategy meet.
Ro’s work is an invitation; to move with purpose, gather with joy, and grow something that lasts. Whether she’s collaborating on community initiatives or nurturing the next generation of teachers, Ro’s approach is rooted in authenticity, creativity, and collective care.
This 50 hr training is for the teacher who wants their language to feel more connected to what they’re actually seeing, sensing, and teaching. The one looking for support in building sequences that feel thoughtful, responsive, and alive. The practitioner wanting to deepen trust in their own voice. The RYT seeking continuing education that expands both practice and perspective. And the curious human interested in exploring the space between understanding movement and communicating it clearly.
